Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, limited use license. There is no expiration date on your right to use the templates you have downloaded.
Where can I use your site designs?
All of our templates have been designed using the Showit Platform. Showit incorporates drag and drop features, making it incredibly user-friendly. Maintaining your website down the track will be an absolute breeze! There is absolutely NO coding required!
Showit also utilises WordPress, the most powerful blogging platform around (Blog Only). The power of WordPress combined with easily accessible SEO settings, means that your website will be perfectly optimised for Google and most importantly, your ideal client!
The support features are also second to none. You will receive access to a private Facebook group, live chat features and emergency support. As an added bonus, we will also provide you with a Video Tutorial and PDF workbook explaining exactly how to update your website.
Can I customise your site designs?
All of our site designs are completely customisable. Change colours, add images, restructure the layout or completely start over from scratch. The Showit Platform allows you to literally pick up elements and move them wherever you like. Changes preview and update instantly so you can see exactly what your audience sees. To help you throughout the customisation process, we provide workbooks, video tutorials and a private Facebook community so you can ask as many questions as you need.
You may not sell, loan or giveaway any of our website designs, site sections, templates or resources.
You may not share your login information or transfer any templates directly to a third party.
You may not resell the templates as standalone files or as part of themes, graphics, prints, stickers or other printed items intended for sale to multiple people.
If you are interested in purchasing a license to resell our templates as part of themes or other projects, please contact us at email@example.com.
You may not falsely represent that you or someone else is the original creator of the templates.
You may not use the templates to promote or sell other website templates, products, services, workshops, courses or similar resources.
You may not use the website templates in an illegal, offensive or pornographic manner.
Do I need to provide credit when using these website templates?
Credit is appreciated, but not required. If you’re sharing on social media, we would love for you to mention @stylemakerstudio and/or use the hashtag #stylemakershowcase so we can see your beautiful work!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you subscribe to a Style Maker Studio membership, you can cancel at anytime. If you cancel before the end of your membership term, you will not receive a refund. You will continue to have access to the library until the end of your membership term.
When will I get access to the templates?
You will get access to the current templates as soon as your membership payment has been processed.
When are new templates added to the library?
New collections are added to the library on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified.
How long do I get access to the templates?
You have lifetime access to the templates you have downloaded.
Is there a limit to the number of templates I can download?
No way! As a member, you can download an unlimited number of templates, an unlimited number of times.
Are there any additional costs?
Our website templates require an active Showit subscription. Showit pricing can be found here.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we do offer a free membership tier. This will give you access to our free collection of templates, workbooks and resources. You can see up for our free membership here. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I don’t want my membership to auto-billed?
Refunds will not be given in the event that you do not cancel your membership prior to your renewal date. If you would like to prevent auto-billing, please ensure that you cancel your current membership plan prior to the renewal date. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the library until the end of your current membership plan. You will not be auto-billed at the end of the term.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘cancel’ option under the subscriptions tab. If you need assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We do not currently offer an affiliate program.
